Hausman Foods, LTD completes the expansion of its Beacon facility and the installation of a spiral freezer. This effort triples the facility's capacity to produce individually quick frozen hamburger patties and raw batter breaded products.

Sam Hausman Meat Packer, LTD is pleased to announce that Hausman Foods, Ltd. and Hausman Resources, Ltd. have purchased the assets and business of the company operating as Sam Hausman Foods effective October 1, 2005. Steven R. McClure, Sr. (President and CEO), Amy L. Seward (Vice-President and CFO), and Jerry G. Simpson III (Vice-President) will own and control the majority of the voting equity securities.

The currently existing management team of fourth generation family and professional managers will continue to operate the company based on the values, vision, and missions originated in 1939 by Sam Hausman. Hausman Foods, Ltd. as the operating partner will continue to expand its reliable service to the national and international food service industry with an ever increasing catalog or inventory offering of consistent quality products both pre-portioned ready to cook and pre-cooked ready to serve meat and poultry products.
